The aim is to reduce the TMS (Musculo-Skeletal Disorders), to improve quality of work and to support a better appropriation of the work station by the operator.
Ergo-Wide³ : description
Ergo-Wide³ is a software package of validation of the stations of production thanks to a virtual model scale 1: 1 from data CAD.
SASCube, made up of 4 screens of 3 meters surrounds the user and plunges him in the virtual factory. He can then naturally simulate the procedure of the station and detect very early concealed health risk and safety.
The Ergo³ module evaluates in real-time the ergonomic quotation of the station thanks to a machine and instantaneous analysis of the posture of the user (grid RULA).
The Wide³module permit to distant collaborators to take part in the session of work via a navigator Web. They can interact on line and in 3D with the user and take part in the modifications made to the station.

CLARTE ensures the following services:
Reception, validation of the initial models of post offices resulting from the data of thecompany
Transfer of the models on platform ERGO-WIDE³, in the SASCube
Integration and test of tools ERGO-WIDE³ (modification, adjustment of the equipment of the station, ergonomic quotation etc) in SASCube
Formation of the operator (personal of the company) with the Ergo³ module
Provision of SASCube for session of work on the various stations to test by the company
Participation of a technician support from CLARTE during the session of work
Total duration: 1 day
Cost of the service:
Each service made the object of an estimate specific. The average amount is:
Fixed price of reception, test, transfer: between 300€ and 500€ by model
Implementation of distant option (Wide³): to define according to the access networks
Fixed price of using SASCube (Ergo alone, Ergo-Wide³ complete…)
